Derrick is a veteran of the United States Marines, where served as an Aviation Electrician for five years. He held titles such as Command Fitness Coordinator of the Special Response Team, where he kept his Marines at the top of their game through combat conditioning. For the last decade, Derrick worked at fitness facilities including Lifetime Fitness and the YMCA in capacities ranging from Marketing Director and Training Manager to Nutritional Coach. Derrick leads by example by constantly challenging himself through competitions such as the 36-mile Spartan Ultra Beast, Miami Strongest Man and Gran Fondo 100-mile bike race. Derrick has created a training style that incorporates Olympic lifting with functional and dynamic exercises that allows anyone from Olympic athletes to weekend warriors and novices to constantly be challenged to reach new goals!
Ryan Belcourt is a world-traveled, Marine Combat Veteran. He trained as a Marine Corp Martial Arts Instructor Trainer with 9 years of experience in honing the fitness and fighting capabilities of our nation’s toughest warriors. Ryan is also also a volunteer wrestling coach for one of Virginia’s most elite wrestling high schools: Colonial Forge. While Ryan will have a large impact and focus on the business side of Triton Fitness, clients will benefit from his immense knowledge in high intensity workouts and life- altering mindsets that, once learned, cannot be forgotten.
Cindy began her fitness training career in South Korea, where her clients included members of the United States Army and Republic of Korea Marine Corps. She has competed at various body building competitions, such as MuscleMania and NPC, and has consistently placed in the top six in her respective categories. For over a decade, Cindy has dedicated herself to learning about various styles of fitness training. Her goal as a trainer is to empower others to fully embrace the habit of a daily workout and maintain a healthy mind, body, and soul. Cindy believes health and fitness should be a lifelong goal and not a short-term fix. She holds a certification as a NASM CPT and qualified TRX instructor.
Ashley lives, dreams and eats fitness every day of her life. She is an energetic trainer that will keep your program exciting. From leading large bootcamp groups to private one-one clients, Ashley brings the entertainment to fitness. She focuses on empowering others to fully embrace the habit of a daily workout and attain the everlasting benefits of a healthy lifestyle. Ashley is a NASM certified personal trainer and a certified nutrition coach.
